success! Protecting my space & making time for self-care, such as meditation, is a daily & needed practice for me. Learning how to manage my emotions and working through problems are ways to overcome stigmas that MEN are supposed to suppress their feelings. Everyone endures obstacles from time to time and it is our responsibility to maintain our MENtal stability.
