"As athletes, we need to use our platforms to educate other individuals on the challenges MENtal health brings to our every day lives. We need to find a balance in our lives to make sure our MENtal health is just as strong as our physical health. One thing I tell myself every single day is, 'Control The Things You Can Control.' You cannot be stressing over something that is out of your hands, you have to live in the present and find a way to get 1% better MENtally and physically every single day. We need to continue to find ways to help people who suffer from depression and anxiety and let them know that they are not alone."
