"Growing up with divorced parents left a part of me empty. I struggled to express myself emotionally and found myself building up negative energy - anger, hatred, jealousy, and depression - inside of me. Using track as an outlet temporarily helped me release the pain I was feeling but it is important to talk to someone about how you feel. It is vital to get weight off your chest by talking to friends, family, or by praying to God. You do not want to dig a hole that is too deep to climb out of because that’s is very unhealthy. You should always know that it is never too late to reach out for help."
